DCRGA issue results of appeals process
The DCRGA have issued the results of the CDP appeals process. Ten projects were successful in their appeal, fourteen projects were unsuccessful. All of the projects except for one that failed in their appeal are based in Dublin. There is consensus that the review process was flawed and that the appeals process was equally flawed. It appears that the main reason being given to projects that have received a negative result is that the work can be carried out by the Local Development Company.
