Peace Networks
Piloted under the Donegal Network's PEACE II Towards Achieving Social Change Project, Peace Networks bring together Community Workers in the region to explore and discuss issues arising from past conflict and consider approaches to prevent an outbreak of violence in the future and to explore the relationship between racism and sectarianism with the aim of sustaining peace.
The project will document the practice of the Peace Networks and issues arising, to develop a ‘tool kit' to aid the replication of such networks. Additionally, the project with work with other PEACE III projects to document various approaches to form a strategy guide on peace building.
