The objective of the strategy guide, Cohesion: Strategies to Strengthen Social Inclusion Outcomes, and the consultation process that informed it, was to provide those involved with an opportunity to document the experience of the cohesion process, identify opportunities and challenges arising from the it, and to suggest practical ways for community organisations to ensure that social inclusion remains central to the operation of local development structures.
