CWC submission to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance and the Public Service
The CWC submission to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance and the Public Service on the impact of the Report of Special Group on Public Service Numbers and Expenditure Programmes urges the protection of the work of the community sector.
The CWC has urged the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance and the Public Service to ensure that the recommendations of the McCarthy Report are poverty and equality proofed, and reminded the JOC of the vital role that the Community Sector has to play in ensuring economic recovery.
